Lagos and Portimao are again preparing for celebration, as they say goodbye to summer in the Blue Summer Festival in October. Considering that summer “has left the… Continent” officially on September 1st, we will take it as a special courtesy that it decided to stay on the mild shores of the Algarve until October 23rd, the first day of the festival.
