Praia de Sao Rafael is located in a dramatic setting, surrounded by red and ochre cliffs, with sandy shores and a secluded bay. It provides access to those with reduced mobility and also enjoys facilities such as car park, restaurants and of course sunbeds.
Just to the east of Albufeira you will find Praia da Oura, a family and baby-friendly beach with low tides and shallow pools for kids to play in. The sandy area is quite vast and fine.
