Quinta do Lago authorities trying to tax parking at malls

The local Quinta do Lago authorities have decided to re-introduce paid parking at a popular shopping area for the duration of the summer which is understandable since there are money shortages everywhere but it’s less understandable when you find out that this decision was successfully contested last year by a group of local residents.
