We haven’t talked about Algarve towns and cities in a while so it’s time to look at a Boliqueime guide and bring you some knowledge about this small village, located in the district of Loule.

We’ve mentioned in a couple of other articles about the region’s affinity towards elaborate chimneys, and this place is not an exception. The chimneys here come in all shapes and sizes, and it is said that the larger and more elaborate the chimney, the more wealthy you are, but one can see quite grand chimneys on small cottages, so who knows how much truth there is in this saying.
